  • Payment details: handled by Klarna; we do not store card or bank details ourselves.

  • Communication: messages you send to our customer service.
  • Marketing: your email address if you sign up for the newsletter.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Fulfilling the purchase (delivery, payment, customer service) — legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Bookkeeping and tax — legal basis: legal obligation (the Swedish Bookkeeping Act).
  • Newsletter and marketing — legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Analytics and site improvement — legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Fraud prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Recipients of data

We share data with the following data processors, only to the extent necessary:

  • Klarna — payment processing.
  • PostNord — delivery of orders.
  • Web hosting and email provider — operation of the website and communication.

We never sell your personal data. Transfers outside the EU/EEA only take place with lawful safeguards in place (e.g. the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention

  • Order data: 7 years (Swedish Bookkeeping Act).
  • Customer account: for as long as the account is active; deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Customer service communication: as a rule, 24 months.
