Right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a consumer, you have the right under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear message to info@nordforsstockholm.se with your order number and name. You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's withdrawal form.

Conditions for returns

• The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
• The item must be in essentially unchanged condition — unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend tracked shipping; we are not responsible for shipments lost in transit.
• Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after we have received the item, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personally adapted products (e.g. belts with engraving or a custom length).

Complaints

In the event of a fault, you have the right under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) to make a complaint within a reasonable time, and no later than three (3) years from the purchase. Contact us as soon as you discover the fault at info@nordforsstockholm.se and include:

• Order number
• A description of the fault
• Photos showing the fault

We will get back to you with instructions. If the complaint is approved, we cover the return shipping and will repair the fault, replace the item or refund the purchase in accordance with the law.

Return address

Never send a return without contacting us first. Once the return is approved, you will receive the return address by email.

Uncollected parcels

For parcels not collected within PostNord's pickup window, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 195 SEK to cover shipping and handling costs.

Disputes

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). We follow ARN's recommendations.
